In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain an Account with kera36, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities and automated accounts are not permitted.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. kera36 strictly enforces this minimum age restriction and reserves the right to request proof of age at any point.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order, temporary account suspension, or permanent ban issued by kera36 or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party when registering or placing wagers.
• You must not be a director, officer, employee, contractor, or agent of kera36 or any affiliated company, or a close family member of any such person.

Each User may hold only one (1) Account on kera36. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a different name, or through a shared device or IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile phone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. kera36 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to safeguard your login details.

• Do not share your password with any other person.
• Do not access your Account from shared or public devices without logging out completely after each session.
• Notify kera36 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

kera36 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

kera36 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. All Members are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request is processed, and kera36 may request re-verification at any time.

Documents that may be requested during KYC verification include, but are not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document such as an Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM).
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months).
• Proof of the payment method used (e.g., a copy of the bank account passbook or e-wallet screenshot confirming account ownership).
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document, where required for enhanced verification.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe — typically 14 calendar days from request — may result in suspension of withdrawal capabilities or Account closure. kera36 will not release funds to unverified accounts.

kera36 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and Bank Danamon.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

All deposits are credited in Indonesian Rupiah. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable channel-specific thresholds are displayed within the Platform's cashier interface and are subject to change at kera36's discretion with reasonable notice.

Deposits are processed automatically upon confirmation of receipt from the payment provider and are typically credited to your Account within minutes. kera36 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, scheduled bank maintenance windows, or public holiday processing restrictions.

• Each deposit must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• kera36 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to a gaming Account and used for wagering. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit was made in error before any wagers are placed.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. kera36 applies this policy as a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure. Withdrawals to a different payment method require additional verification and are approved at kera36's sole discretion.

Standard withdrawal processing timelines are as follows:

• Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata): 5 to 30 minutes during operational hours (07:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the commencement of the next operational period.
• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Typically within 5 to 15 minutes, subject to e-wallet provider availability.

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to any withdrawal being approved.
• Any active bonus funds must have satisfied the applicable wagering requirement before the associated balance becomes withdrawable.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold displayed in the cashier interface at the time of the request.
• kera36 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawal amounts above a specified threshold, in accordance with its AML policy.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the User before processing commences; cancelled amounts are returned to the Account balance.

kera36 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

kera36 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms and Conditions, the bonus-specific term shall prevail in respect of that bonus only.

General bonus conditions that apply across all kera36 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise include the following:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a rollover requirement (wagering requirement) that must be completed before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier and eligible game categories are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports betting, and specialty games such as togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated, only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: kera36 reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses where it determines — at its sole discretion — that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional terms unfairly.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to residents of Indonesia only, unless explicitly extended to other markets by the promotion terms. Players who provide false information to claim a bonus will have all associated winnings voided.

All bets and gaming activity on kera36 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category. These rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

The following general rules apply across all kera36 gaming products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. kera36 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been accepted by the system, except where expressly permitted under product-specific rules (e.g., cash-out features on sports markets).
• kera36 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a manifest error in the odds or gaming software, including but not limited to incorrect lines, erroneous RTP configurations, or software malfunction.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game round, the Platform's system records shall be the definitive reference. kera36's decision on all disputes is final.
• Sports betting markets — including football fixtures from BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League, as well as bandar bola (sports bookmaking) and mix parlay (accumulator) markets — are governed by the Sports Betting Rules published on the Platform.
• Live casino games are governed by the rules of the respective game provider (e.g., Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live). kera36 accepts no liability for game provider errors or service interruptions.
• Winnings credited to an Account as a result of a system error, software glitch, or any other manifest mistake remain the property of kera36 and will be reclaimed without notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kera36. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account per individual, household, device, or IP address.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other time.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, including for betting, game play, or bonus farming.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to guarantee outcomes or exploit other players.
• Money laundering — using the Platform to deposit, layer, or integrate funds of criminal origin.
• Bonus abuse, including the systematic exploitation of promotional terms through low-risk or hedged wagering strategies.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the Platform's source code or underlying systems.
• Any conduct that disrupts, degrades, or impairs the Platform's infrastructure or other users' gaming experience.

All content on the kera36 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, interface layout, graphics, game content, text, software, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of kera36 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without prior written consent from kera36.
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content.
• Using the kera36 name, logo, or branding in any third-party context without express written authorisation.
• Scraping, harvesting, or systematically collecting data from the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kera36, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of funds, profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's services, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or any other cause.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, scores, draw results, or game outcomes.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay).
• Any unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

In any event, kera36's total aggregate liability to any individual User shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that User's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

kera36 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kera36 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all Members. The Platform provides a suite of self-management tools accessible from the Account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time reminders, temporary cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

kera36 reserves the right to impose account restrictions — including mandatory cooling-off periods — on any Member whose activity patterns suggest potential harm, regardless of whether the Member has self-identified a problem.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting kera36 support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your designated withdrawal method following standard KYC and AML checks, provided no outstanding bonus wagering obligations remain.

kera36 may suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• kera36 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct in connection with your Account.
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Continued operation of your Account would expose kera36 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• kera36 is required to do so by applicable law, a regulatory authority, or a court order.

Upon termination for breach, kera36 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, associated balances may be forfeited in accordance with the relevant clause of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kera36 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through kera36's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent kera36 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

kera36 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kera36 will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered Members via email or in-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the current version of the Terms came into effect.
